a little levity with ARD's approaching

We have all been to those meetings where the parent want over 100 percent. How can the school personnel achieve this? Here’s a little insight into the formula that the schools use.

Let the letters A B C D E F G H I J K L M N O P Q R S T U V W X Y Z be represented as: 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12 13 14 15 16 17 18 19 20 21 22 23 24 25 26

Then, H A R D W O R K
8 1 18 4 23 15 18 11 = 98% only

and

K N O W L E D G E
11 14 15 23 12 5 4 7 5 = 96% only

But,

A T T I T U D E
1 20 20 9 20 21 4 5 = 100 %

And,

B U L L S H I T
2 21 12 12 19 8 9 20 = 103%

So, it stands to reason that hardwork and knowledge will get you close, but attitude and bullshit will put you over the top.

Dad, glad I saw your post so quick. A soldier that works with my husband just learned her 2 and a half yr old daughter is dxed autistic. Could you help if I give her this website and bb? I have enjoyed reading your posts, and feel you have a lot of knowledge and help to offer.As well as a good sense of humor. When my husband mentioned the soldier’s situation, you came to mind automatically. I just wanted to ask first.Thanks.

I love it! Especially since I am headed to a team meeting next week and will be outnumber 6-1 with them throwing numbers at me.

If I had you address I would ask you advice on some test scores.

But if I can share anything that I have learned about my own boy I would be more than happy to pass it along.

Can’t claim the credit for it. It was an email joke about business management that I adapted for the occasion.

But yes, I thought it was pretty funny too…
