make lemonade!! We’re taking a break from all the things our son can’t do and finding pleasure in something he can. Our not very good reader or writer has a wonderful sense of humor and ability to remember jokes. Tomorrow we do our first comedy radio show where he and his dad will tell jokes, and play silly songs and comedy sketches from professional comedians. My husbands first job was at a radio station, so he knows the technical stuff and a station not too near our home is selling radio time to do your own show. So we decided on a half hour of comedy and by the time our twelve week contract is complete our teenage son will have had both an education, fun and a great story for his college entrance essay. I hope this little story will help you remember to have fun with the wonderful children we have been blessed with.

what time will it be and where is it on the dial? Perhaps I can pick it up from my house since I am not that far? That is great!

Saturday mornings from 9:30 - 10:00 on KHPY 1530 AM out of Moreno Valley, but it seems to go into LA county, up to Victorville and out to Palm Springs. Anyway, it went well and we had a lot of fun. The joke faded into songs faded into comedian sketches. The half hour flew by. Toby was very happy with the experience. So, one down and 11 more to go. We recorded our show so we could listen to it in the car. A good experience all the way around!!!

So you are driving up from Carlsbad to Moreno Valley to do the radio show?? I don’t know if I can pick that up from where I live in south orange county. Glad to hear that it worked out so well! Congrats to Toby!
