On the teachers.net, special education board DAD, I think, posted a letter to the editor from an Orange County newspaper from an educator speaking against inclusion, at least in a specific instance. Several have responded, someone calling themselves “attorney” has also. I assume this person IS an attorney and not misrepresenting him or herself. If you wish to read it, please check it out.

I am not sure where I would actually stand in such a case it brings up some interesting points!
