Does anyone have any advice or experience on using Audiblox for inattentivness? We have used behav. mod. and classroom modification (small 6 to 1 ratio, sit in front of class, redirect, etc). We had some success with brain gym. He is 8yo and had a full neuropsychoed eval last year. The only problem noted was inattentiveness, mild impulse control issues(almost nonexsistant now) and low normal math skills. I will not use medication. Any suggestions? Thanks.
Re: I'd go for IM for attention
Thanks for the advice. I think his SLP from last year just became certified in IM. What is the time table for IM tx? Thanks!
Interactive metronome has controlled studies that show improvements in attention. According to teacher measures, my son is doing much better than last year. One of the teachers (resource) is the same too.
