And, to think, I’ve spent years trying to find a solution to my dyslexic son’s reading problem. Well, I bet if I would have looked I could have found him a new brain, one that wasn’t dyslexic on Ebay. Hmmmmm, if only I had known. LOL

First, thank you for the tip. I’ve been wanting to get my Ph.D. in Public Administration for quite some time.

And just a friendly tip from Principal to parent . As a semi-irregular lurker on this Web site, I’ve noticed that you are truly a gold mine of information to parents here. And now I see that you are quite the expert on E-bay as well. Although the Internet and chat groups can be quite seductive to some types of people, it is important remember to remember to spend quality time with your family each day. Read to your children. Talk to them about their day. Take an interest in their school work. Visit museums with your children or take time out for a game of catch each week. If you do these simple things consistently, over time I think you will see that your child’s progress in school will increase in direct proportion to the time you’ve invested in your child. BTW, have you looked into parenting classes that are offered by your local school district?

Well, IEP season is here and I do have work to do, so I will cut things short. If you have any questions, feel free to ask me, as I do have advanced degrees in education and you don’t. While I don’t spend hours each day here like some, I do visit here from time to time and will offer what support I can to you.

TTFN

Petey old Bean you really need to get your medication re-evaluated. I don’t think I have ever read a less lucid posting on ANY of the message boards I frequent than this one.

Doesn’t your state have laws concerning mandatory retirement for those found to be senile?

Ordinarily I would say something here like “have a nice day”, but seeing how it is just you I will close with “get bent”.
