Isn’t this great? I think I’m going to like this new board. I have no objection to posts being read before they’re posted. I guess if you can’t stop a certain person from getting in the system, at least what he writes or copies from other boards doesn’t have to be on this board. Thank you LDOnline for hearing our collective distress.

except I generally post early in the morn or late at night:-( not between 10-and 6P

Yes, I agree, Socks. How can threads possibly flow when many or most of us post after 6 pm or on weekends? It migth take days to have a simple interchange of four or five messages back and forth that we formerly could do in a few minutes.

I would think that requiring detailed registration would eliminate crazies from posting.

I’m really sad to see this as I think it will kill the boards. :-(

I agree, why do posts need to be monitored if you have an extensive sign in? What would it take to end the monitoring? Since, this being read to be approved maybe the monitor can answer that question. Also, do you need to sign in for every board?

For gosh sakes, stop blaming Ball for everything! Some of you are paranoid! Obviously (I hope you will agree) the LD Online people are responsible for changing this format!!!

Ball should be allowed to speak his mind, minus any swearing or personal insults. He, nor anyone here, should be taken off the board completely.
