My tutor had noticed the wrong birthdate on the IEP. I mentioned it at the IEP meeting that they had it wrong and asked if it affected the scores. I was told no. Guess what? Later in the day the learning support says oh, it did affect the scores they are actually higher. Good news in some way but not sure if last years test is valid now, and teacher who did the test is not there anymore. So double check that birthdate!
I also had that experience — first IEP the psychologist said that he didn’t know his birthday. I knew he was very aware of his birthday. They had written in my husbands birthday. I would check all of this information everytime. So, many people are involved things get transposed or written wrong.
