After the IEP meeting last Monday, I agreed to let the school know this coming Monday if I intend to sign it. On Wed., I talked to my son’s psychologist with him to discuss “things” and we decided that the IEP needed tweeking as to the method to be used in the “behavior” goal. We both think that if the teachers, him, and I are all on the same page with method, the chance of success increases. But to do that will require some sort of meeting, obviously not before Monday. Is it OK to put off the signing to do this first, or should I sign it with a note saying there will be forthcoming stipulations?
Do Not sign it until it says what you want it to say!
