Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

Parents,
If your child can use academic help during the summer,
consider online tutoring. This subscription service
can help retain skills, strengthen weaker skills and
introduce new skills.

All lessons are sent entirely through email and
written specifically for your child.
Summer school may not do it alone.
The Educational Director has 20 years of teaching
experience within regular, inclusive and special
education as well as diagnostic testing.

I am interested in this tutoring. My son, Michael, is 8 years old. He was diagnosed ADHD when he was 3 and has been on Ritalin since he was 4. This year in school was not a good experience. He was in the first grade at a private school and the teacher did not support him at all. In fact in some ways he is doing worse than kindergarten. My husband and I also feel he has some sort of LD since he has trouble reading, writing, and with arithmatic. He is in the local public summer school which is only for 15 days. I am trying to home school tutor him and it has been going well. I am always looking for ways to help him. Please send me more information.
