Boy,do I hear you there……..I also have a7 year old son with ADD/Dyslexia/CAPD and a 8 year old daughter with Dysexia/CAPD and what I wouldn’t give for a smooth sailing year!!!!!! OH WELL.
Sorry I missed the chat, but boy can I empathize with the dread of a new school year. I not only have one son with ADHD, the other one has learning differences so I have challenges with both of them. Just once I would like to be able to attend a parent/teacher’s conference and hear the sentence, “Your child is doing great. We have absolutely no problems with him whatsoever.” Well, I can dream can’t I? :)
