Has anyone heard of the GO TEAK Training program? What about the neural-cognitive therapy program offer through Sharper Minds in Oregon? Looking to hear from anyone who has gone through the program. Considering the self guided program myself. Comments……

I am interested in the right/left brain integration and the positive track record of the training. Also the concept of neuroplascity and its relationship to develop- ment of increased memory recall and processing.
I saw that you’ve mentioned this in another thread too, I’ve never heard of it. Tell us what you know about it…what about it got you interested?
