Hi all,
My brother and his family live in the Orlando area (south). They are considering having their son tested (rising third grader). I sent my sister-in-law a few links (well, several, but I tried to not overwhelm her :-) ) to help her make the decision. She’s considering having him evaluated privately rather than through the school system. Does anyone know a good evaluator in the Orlando area?

I would try and get a list from the IDA Florida branch or the main branch. They send information free. I know there is alot of services in Tampa.

If you contact the advocacy group STAND (www.stand.org (or net or com or whatever :0) ) they can point you in the right direction. I went to advocacy training through their organization and there were educational experts AT the training.
