Letter reversals

Would you be confortable giving us more info?

For example, my son is dysgraphic. He can read fine but revers numbers and letters on writting.

My son is 9 and 3rd grade. Has been having trouble learning since 2nd & 3rd grade. School says he is not far enough behind. I am having him evaluated privately, and suspect dyslexia. I was just wondering if there were any other LDs that could manifest itself like with the reversals. He may also have a vision tracking problems ie double vision, and we are seeing an behavorial Optometrists soon. I just want to make sure I am not missing anything else.
