Our son experienced bullying and harrassment from peers last year, which prompted us pulling him out of public school, - and requesting a due process hearing because of his withdrawl his schoolwork suffered. He literally shut down.
Now close to the last school year - the district requested that the hearing be put on hold until the beginning of the school year.
Now is that okay according to regulations ?
