I don’t have a specific curriculum to follow in my Functional Math Class, but I just wanted to get some input from some of you on what you would do after you taught rounding decimals. The students are in high school and perform at very low level, <2 grade. If you could direct me to a curriculum to follow, that would be great too, Thanks

Rounding decimals - to the next dollar- would be a practical life skill for shopping.

I’d b e sticking to practical life skills, not rounding decimals anyway.
Change making, balancing checkbooks. There are many resources for this.
