Sensory Learning

Hello,

Does anyone have any experience with the following therapy (or know of anyone who has done it)?

Be careful with this one. The website has all the earmarks of an unreliable therapy. First, it promises to “cure” across a wide spectrum of disabilities, which is a big, flashing, red light. Second, it offers no research studies on the treatment but instead lists only testimonials. More flashing lights. Third, virtually no information is offered on why or how it actually is supposed to work. It may be a good program, but you should look for some studies in which it has been shown to be successful. Try going to medscape.com (you have to register, but its free) and searching through the research digests.

I’d have to agree. Light, sound and motion - oh, yes, that tells me a *lot.* It’s a nice little infomercial but lacking severely in substance. But hey, if you’ve got the dough to spend!
