My son is very excited.

We talked about the fact that my son gets stressed. He thinks that he still has some slight vision problems that are causing him to get stressed after doing close work for a period of time. He believes that new glasses will correct the problem.

He is familiar with PACE and is even friends with the brothers who developed the program. He thinks that PACE is an excellent program but too stressful for my son at this point. He wants me to let all the work we have just done gel.

His visual perception skills are way above age level. He has made huge gains there and I see these gains in his math ability and things like chess. His physical coordination has also improved substantially.

He does like to read now but the doctor believes he will read for longer periods with the new glasses.

I may do a little audiblox with him since I have that. I will do PACE at some point perhaps that will be our summer project. I wish there was a provider that was a bit closer. The closest is an hour away.

I’m glad things are working so well for your son!

PACE is not something to do during a school year, in my opinion. Your son also may continue to show improvements after the therapy is done.

That is what the doctor seemed to imply. I must say that is what I saw with IM. The biggest gains came after the therapy was finished.

I will let you know.

We will probably just do some audiblox after a bit of a break.

Wow!!!! How exciting Linda! I think you guys deserve a little break for all the hard work. And then if you start to get bored (yeah right!) you can do a little Audiblox or Pace.
