Web cast for exercise based dyslexia treatement

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

A WEB CAST by Dr. Ned Hallowell, and other professionals and family members will be aired Feb. 9th eastern standard time. They will discuss an exercised based program (does not require drugs) that helps with dyslexia and AD/HD. The web cast should be posted 48 hours after being aired for those who are not able to log on. Go to dorecenters.com for more information and click on web cast. I think this will be worth viewing :)

Yea for exercise :-)
With or without meds, it helps all manner of things *immensely.*
It’s come up several times among the cyclists in our club — a common phenomenon is being able to focus on things bookish better after a good ride, and a high number of us seem to have been just a little on the active side as youngsters… you know, hyperactive… (though I maintain that if you can be ADD without the H, why can’t y0ou be HHH without the AD?
And if you’re in the St. Joseph IL area, there’s a 22 mile bike ride tomorrow — IDOT says the roads are plowe3d — more info at http://www.prairienet.org/sjcoc/page9.html (and yes, I’m in that picture :-))
