I sent out a batch of lovely postcards today. They may show up shortly, or they may be sent across the border on a dogsled (even slower in the spring breakup), one never knows. It would be nice to know if/when they arrive, if you hear.
Spring celebration time! We’ve had four days of high temperatures over 40F and even some nights above freezing, sun shining, and not setting until 6PM. Spring is sprung, the grass is … well, mostly out from under the snow, the birds are starting to return to the trees. We’re all running around without coats and hats, people sitting out catching the sun on porches and at picnic tables, and the joggers and bicyclists are re-appearing on the streets. My yard is ankle deep in mud, got to get a truckload of gravel fast. The ice-fishers are still out on the last section of solid ice, enjoying the sun too.
It’s all relative — the way to learn to love this is to spend a few weeks in January at 23 below. :?

80 — soup! soup!
We’ve just been SOGGY so goin’ out into the 25 mph wind for a bike ride I have to dodge the standing water on the roads, too.
But ALL of my ladies got B’s or better on Exam 3 :-) :-)
In North Florida, the pool is 80 - soon we can get in. The veggies are planted and coming up. Spring has sprung!! Ken
