I just went to San Jose for a certification session for levels 1-3 in Barton. And I passed!!!! :-)
It was actually very good, Susan Barton is an awesome teacher, and not totally a “test” session. Although I started out pretty nervous, I soon relaxed and it was quite interesting.
Also had a good time in San Jose. I think the question on my mind is not “do you know the way to San Jose” but do you know how to get out of it? Such a confusing city to drive around in. I think CA drivers are not really crazier than NM, but there are more of them. Got to visit someone on another list (aquarium) and as fish geeks we visited the great Monterey Bay Aquarium. Also had a techy day. I had an interesting visit to the hallowed grounds of Apple Computer. I think Steve Jobs has seen too many spy movies— everything is very secret…

Re: Hey I'm certifiable-- I mean certified! ;-)
Congratulations, des!!! That is a great accomplishment! I am directionally impaired myself, so I’d be in big trouble if I had to make that trip alone…of course, I guess I’d just use taxi’s!
