public schools

Submitted by an LD OnLine user on

I would very much like to relocate to northwest Ga or southwest NC. I have a child with Audio Proccessing disorder and can’t seem to find out how the teachers in the public school system there are degreed to teach ESE children. Does anyone live there or has lived there and can give me any insight on public schools in the area?
