Drivers education

Of kids who are your teens age for personal referrals. That is what I did to get the name of a Drivers Ed school for my Dyslexic daughter. My teen also tells me that they even have Drivers Education programs on line and her friends have done them and been successful at them.
Houston is such a huge metropolis, I bet if you looked in the yellow pages and made some phone calls you could probably narrow down your search by asking questions and listening to the responses of the personnel at the facilities you call.
