Complimented on good manners - who, my son?

I’m beside myself with joy, and I knew only you guys would appreciate why. When I went to pick my son up from a sleepover at a new friends house (another LD boy from his school) the dad leaned over to me and said ” I must tell you how impressed we were with his manners” . I must have looked surpirsed because then he said ” yes, good manners and very thoughtful!”

Something I ‘ve been saying has finally soaked into his head! Perhaps there is a light at the end of the tunnel : )
