Online training for technology consulting

Don’t know of any (and I”m not sure I’d *pay* somebody to teach me how to *consult* online… sounds like a real get-rich-quick plan to me) - the kind that always makes somebody else rich).

I have actually been working as a tech. advisor for L.D. university students for several years now and learn by experience. But I would like to learn more, and expand my knowledge. Where I live this whole tech. for learning disabilities is really under-developed and I would like to make a differance.

Maybe you have some relevant books you can reccomend? I found one that was written in around 1999 and I’m afraid it might be too old when it comes to technological developments.
