I am starting a support group at our private school for parents or other families who have a child who struggles with reading. I would like advise for anyone who has done something like this.
I plan to have a “round table” format as I am not a reading expert but am learing a lot just from my personal experiences with my own son. My main goal of the group is to share information about different reading programs, internet sites (especially this board), and reading material. I also want a group which can be supportive to each other.
Any advice is very much appreciated.

I like Dr. Mel Levine’s book Educational Care. It has sections specific to reading issues and your families might find it helpful.
