looking for article: everything you ever wanted to know abou

Last year our special ed coordinator gave me a ten or twenty page packet called “Everything You Ever Wanted to Know About Accomidations”. It included accomidations for countless problems, from anxieties to graphic problems. A lot of the content revolved around reading, and opened my eyes to the struggles many of my students were having before they even got to the content.

Well, I am at a different school and have lost the packet. I am looking for a copy. If anyone can help me, I would be very grateful.
