In the early 90’s I was using a book- Teaching Math to Students with Learning Disabilities by someone named Thorton (I think). Does anyone recall this book? Use it? I found it on amazon, but it’s 100.00 Does anyone know if it’s worth the cost? Seems to me it was full of small teaching interventions.
NO I am not aware of it. But, mMultisensory techniques are frequently used for students with Learning Disabilities (LD) Multisensory teaching techniques and strategies stimulate learning by engaging students on multiple levels.
