Just wondering if there is a test that can be taken online that is accurate? Thanks!
Re: Is There a Good online I.Q. Test??
You could also try queendom.com, there are a lot of different tests there, none official but still entertaining and possibly enlightening? I thought it was kind of interesting, especially the one where you check out your visual perception skills, it would seem I don’t have any, as double checked by the psych using the wisc for adults test.Unfortunately, they don’t do a composite verbal and performance test so hard to get a regular score like you might from the doc’s office.Good luck!
Re: Is There a Good online I.Q. Test??
You will not get a good score online to help you determine LD’s or argue a district. Re: testing a child online - DANGEROUS and FOOLISH.

Yes, attempting to test a child for LDs online would be foolish and dangerous. Was someone planning to do that? JJ
Re: Is There a Good online I.Q. Test??
I got the impression it was for an adult, and made a disclaimer as well. Obviously the online tests are to satisfy maybe a curiousity? I took the ones on queendom out of curiousity and curiously enough the verbal iq from the online test and the one given at the docs were only 1 point off. Not saying an online test is particularly valid but can still be interesting. Was someone going to test a child? I don’t remember seeing anything in the post about testing a child. Would never recommend it. We parents may know a lot about our kids but administering an iq test wouldn’t necessarily be something we are qualified for.
I will apologize if someone thought I was recommending it for a kid, not true at all.
Don’t know how “accurate” they are, but you can have some fun at allthetests.com. I tried one of them, and it actually was with one point of my “official” IQ. (The online test gave me one less point!) If nothing else, these tests are entertaining. JJ
